The DS Self-Directed Basketball Workout is a series of basketball challenges athletes perform on their own with minimal equipment/space. Whether you use just one of these challenges or all of them, it is imperative that an athlete approach each workout with a plan and purpose. The challenges included in this workout are all self-directed, efficient and purposeful but the most important aspect to them is that they are all easily replicable & measurable.
