Simple But Purposeful Workouts
The DS Self-Directed Basketball Workout is a series of basketball challenges athletes perform on their own with minimal equipment/space. Whether you use just one of these challenges or all of them, it is imperative that an athlete approach each workout with a plan and purpose. The challenges included in this workout are all self-directed, efficient and purposeful but the most important aspect to them is that they are all easily replicable & measurable. The more measurable drills that you include in your workouts, the better you will be able to track your progress in that particular skill set. Tracking progress not only keeps an athlete accountable to their growth but it helps to keep them motivated and focused on their long term goals.
