These workouts allow players to focus on drills that are specific to their position and the various game situation-scenarios they will find themselves in.
Many drills are “self-sufficient” and easily replicated, allowing players to hone their position-specific skillset in a purposeful and measurable way on their own! Most workouts will end with 10-15 minutes of controlled scrimmaging with an emphasis on the concepts being taught during that particular session.
While our workouts are intense, there are plenty of opportunities to learn why certain techniques and drills are being employed based on the coaching experience of our training staff and the concept we are introducing and/or reinforcing.
