These workouts allow players to focus on drills that are specific to their position and the various game situation-scenarios they will find themselves in.
Many drills are “self-sufficient” and easily replicated, allowing players to hone their position-specific skillset in a purposeful and measurable way on their own! Most workouts will include controlled scrimmaging with an emphasis on the concepts being taught during that particular session.
While our workouts are intense, there are plenty of opportunities to stop and learn WHY certain techniques and drills are being employed so that athletes can transfer this knowledge into their gameplay with purpose!
